Why I love Oregon City
Oregon City became the final destination for many early immigrants as they traveled the Oregon Trail and the historical significance of the area can be seen in Oregon’s oldest neighborhoods and homes that still stand overlooking Willamette Falls. The quaint Main Street is home to numerous restaurants, antique shops and small businesses that help make Oregon City one of the best places to settle. With quick access across the Willamette River to West Linn and Lake Oswego, it is also relatively close to Portland, making this a great area to commute from should you work in Portland.
